CDBA Practical Steering Exam

Coaches:

You are sponsoring your teammate to take CDBA's Practical Steering Exam for Certification. Before completing and submitting the online form below, your candidate must have the following prerequisites completed and verified:

- A signed CDBA waiver with valid standing. - Attend Steering and Safety Clinic. - Passing the Steering and Safety Clinic written exam. Safety Steering Program

This form must be submitted prior to your candidate signing up for one of the scheduled Practical Steering Exam dates. The Practical Steering Exam has a class limit if 16 candidates.
